Now, as my previous article about the Dr Laura NUDE PHOTOS stated, we do not have the NUDE PHOTOS on this site, but do list LINKS to sites that store the pics.

Now, I had 1000's of members before any nude pics of Dr Laura appeared anywhere on the Internet.

And I could honestly say, I don't think one person joined my site to look at Dr Laura nude, and we don't even promote the pics on this site with banners or anything.

SO PLEEEASE, excuse me when I laugh at the legal threat of a legal action against my publisher.

I mean, I have death photos of Diana (fakes?) I have the autopsy pics of Selena and Tupac, the JFK FBI autopsy pics and the Zapruder film, the Starr Report including the rare text version of Monica's testimony.

Stolen CIA documents about Dianas death, proof someone put the deatils of TWA 800 in a US court record before it occured. A misplaced FBI fax about TWA 800 proving a massive cover up.

To Whom it May Concern:

This serves to notify ASSI and the owners thereof that Internet Entertainment Group, Inc. ("IEG") owns all rights to those certain photographs that feature Dr. Laura Schlessinger in the nude (the "Photos"). Each one of the Photos is a unique work protected by the United States Copyright Act, among other laws.

ASSI and the owners there of have reproduced, are publically displaying, and are making available via the Internet the Photos on web site(s) at one or more uniform resource locators (the "URLs") including http://www.theeunderground.net/, in violation of IEG's exclusive rights.

The United States Copyright Act provides at 17 USC § 504 for an election of copyright damages (i) that statutorily range from $500 US at a minimum to $100,000 US at a maximum for each and every infringement (each display and reproduction of each one of the Photos is in and of itself a separate and distinct infringement); or (ii) equal to the copyright owner's actual damages and any additional profits of the infringer. The Copyright Act also provides for felony criminal sanctions (at 17 USC § 506), including up to five (5) years in prison (per infringement) for the principal of an infringing organization. You are hereby on notice that neither ASSI nor the owners thereof own nor have a license to the copyright rights in the Photos. Therefore, any exploitation or dissemination of the Photos, including but not limited to display, reproduction, or distribution of them in any way, constitutes a wilful infringement and qualifies for the maximum penalties under the United States Copyright Act.

Accordingly, IEG hereby demands that ASSI and the owners thereof cease and desist from any and all exploitation of the Photos forthwith (including but not limited to distribution, reproduction, and display via the Internet) and destroy all copies you may have. Further, IEG requests that you provide it with (i) the identity of the source from which ASSI or the owners thereof obtained copies of the Photos; (ii) the precise URLs upon which you are displaying the Photos; (iii) the amount of page views the URLs displaying the Photos have received since the Photos were made available; (iv) the amount of gross revenue generated by each and every web site in the control of ASSI or the owners thereof that may feature the Photos (on any page); (v) a comprehensive list and description of each and every distribution, dissemination, copying, or display of the Photos by ASSI, the owners thereof, or any other party to your knowledge; (vi) the names of all persons who have accessed the Photos; (vii) the names of all parties to whom ASSI or the owners thereof have displayed or in any way disseminated the Photos, whether publically or in private; and (viii) a written representation and guarantee that (a) ASSI and the owners thereof no longer possess the Photos in any medium (including computer files, prints, or other hard copy), and (b) neither ASSI nor the owners thereof will make any effort to gain possession thereof. If you do not contact the undersigned and provide the above requested information by Tuesday, November 17, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. (PST), IEG will file a lawsuit against ASSI and for all remedies available to it under the law.

This letter is not intended to be a complete statement of IEG's position and nothing contained in or omitted from this letter is intended to be, nor should it be construed as being, a waiver by IEG of any of its rights, remedies, or causes of action. To the contrary, all such rights, remedies, and causes of action, whether at law or in equity, are expressly reserved and shall be vigorously pursued.
