David just kicked Goliath's proverbial ass in US Federal court! With the help of a little old lawyer from Tennessee named C. Mark Pickrell! Robert Warner was a FORD car collector for years! He started a web site to express his LOVE of FORD products! FORD had recently gotten a US Judge to ORDER him to remove FORD documents from him site, that were sent in various ways by FORD employees who wanted to expose PRODUCT DEFECTS in various FORD products! But, yesterday a US Federal Judge reversed the TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) granted to FORDS legal thugs a couple of weeks ago! Based on the US Constitution and Freedom of Speech, the Judge said the documents were protected and could be used by the web site that had been ORDERED to remove them just weeks ago! Did you get told by attorneys initially, that you wouldn't be able to stand up to FORD's lawyers? * no; however, no one thought we could do it against them 2. Did Mr Pickrell take you on pro bono? * yes - no charge 3. If you had to pay to defend your site, any idea on the cost so far? (If it was pro bono, ignore) * - 4. Do you feel, that the judges decision to force you as a reporter to reveal your sources for the FORD documents, is a slap in the face of a FREE PRESS? * she did not request a copy of them, just a manifest of what we have. might appeal that one. 5. Will you reveal your sources for the FORD documents if you use them in the future? * reveal - no way 6. Do you think the judge erred in her initial decision to ORDER you take the documents down, a decision she has now reversed? * the judge in the case was NOT the one who signed the TRO. It was signed by another judge in her absence 7. Did FORD properly serve you with this case? * they hired out a law firm to do that, yes 8. Did FORD properly serve you notice of their attempt to get a TRO to initially remove the documents? * they gave us less than 24 hours notice 9. Did your ISP order you to remove the documents before the judge ordered you to? * no. Ford contact them on their own - judge didn't like that at all 10. In your opinion, what topics were in the documents on your site that FORD wanted removed from the net? * Environmental EPA. That was their whole cause in the suit 11. In your opinion, what were the major defects in FORD products that you learned of through your documents * The 1999 Cobra. We're working on the release of new material as well 12. What is your main job? * maintain the website. review data received 13. Do you still collect FORD products after all this? * Yes. Although I'll be broke for a while 14. Can you tell me if there are any revelations about defects with the WINDSTAR mini van (my wifes car)in your documents, I want to make sure she's okay driving it. *Nothing on the Windstar that we know of. Some documents we have not reviewed 15. Have you ever heard about documents from a US Federal case in Philadelphia, where the complete details of TWA 800 and Valujet were given BEFORE THE TRAGEDIES occurred? * no 16. The secret service harasses anyone that tries to see the documents, would you be interested in having them on your site so others can see exactly what is in the case (we have the docs on our various sites, but need other sites to also verify that they are real since the Washington Post did a smear article on them, it's very simple to verify the case and documents are authentic if you are interested!) * can't help you there - one battle at a time - please.

In 1997 the mystic named Sollog wrote the 902 Prophecy.
